Sneak Peek

Aquaculture Foundation Course

Aquaculture is producing fish, crustaceans or plants for food. This can be done on a small scale for your household and a step to becoming more self-sufficient. It is also conducted on a large commercial scale and can provide the market with farmed seafood and seaweed.

This course will help you learn the foundations of aquaculture, the species of fish and crustaceans that you could breed, grow and harvest and the methods and things that you will need to do to ensure that your production is successful.
